1 yellow cake mix
1 box instant chocolate pudding
2 whole eggs
2 cups warm water
Mix until smoothe, then put in a greased & floured 9" x 13" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let it cool down.
Frosting:
Mix together 1/4 cup softened butter and 1 cup powdered sugar. It should have a beady consistency - then add (1) 8 oz. Cool Whip - mix & frost. (it will be lumpy but overnight it melts)
Add Heath Chips - either toffee or toffee & milk chocolate bits (found in the chocolate chip area of the grocery store)
