1 beef roast - does not have to be a prime cut
2 cans of green chilis
1 can of beef broth, about 16 ounces
2 envelopes of dry Italian Seasoning mix
Cook the above in a crockpot overnight on a low setting - 12 hours or more is good.
Shred the meat and put it on a hoagie bun with some shredded mozarella cheese.
