12 eggs
3 cupss white vinegar
1/4 cup white sugar
1 tablespoon salt
2 cloves garlic
1 bay leaf
1 teaspoon diced onion
also add some red pepper, peppercorn, dill seed and mustard seed for extra seasoning

1. Place eggs in pan and cover with water. Bring to a boil, remove from heat and let stand in hot water for 15 minutes. Remove eggs from hot water, cool under running water and peel.

2. Bring vinegar, sugar, and salt to a boil in pan until sugar is disolved. Remove from heat.

3. Place eggs and remaining ingredients in a large jar, top with the vinegar mixture. Place the top and and let it seal, refrigerate for at least a week to season. Then enjoy!!
